The Team
The Big Sky Management Team
Brings a Century of Agriculture and Business
Experience to Benefit Every Client.
Roy & Sandy Rose have been partners for 45 years - in marriage, in raising a family and in the ranch management and realty business. Based in historic Livingston, the heart of Montana's Big Sky Country, the Roses have built a business that combines their cumulative knowledge, decades of cattle ranching and a lifetime of recreation with their services. Comfortable in the saddle and in the office, they have established relationships with farmers, ranchers and commercial real-estate brokers throughout the west to provide prime properties and listings, aiding those who wish to reinvest in commercial income properties. They work closely with clients to gain an intimate understanding of their needs and to match buyer and seller objectives.

Cristy Printz has lived on ranches for her whole life. She lived on a local ranch just 10 miles south of Livingston, Montana, and she was enrolled in a country school just a few miles down the road from her house. She spent most of her time as a youngster riding horses, working-doing odd jobs, and just playing with her sisters and friends on the ranch that she lived on. At 9 years old she started to help other ranch hands in working cattle. In the summer she was also involved in 4-H in the Livingston community. At 13 years old, she wrote an essay about horses and won a 1 year old Appaloosa Horse. As time went on, she continued school in Livingston at Park Senior High School. In 1986 she worked as a page at the State Capital in Helena, Montana. She was a page for Livingston’s Senator Pete Story. Being a page for Senator Pete Story, it pushed her into thinking about how she wanted her life to be after school. In 1990 she was crowned Miss Livingston Roundup, and in 1991 she ran for the Miss Rodeo Montana, but was disappointed. After High School, she was enrolled at the Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana for 1½ years then she went to Helena, Montana to the Helena Vocational Technical Center for 2 years and in May of 1992 she received a degree in Legal Secretary. She is very knowledgeable in the office setting and wants to assist, whether it is a prospective buyer or helping the Seller through the selling process.
